Digital Systems Manager

• Leading the management and development of a Salesforce Experience Cloud portal, ensuring it meets both internal and external user needs
• Driving digital transformation initiatives, improving processes and increasing system adoption across the organisation
• Acting as the main point of contact for digital systems, working closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers
• Managing digital workflows, budgets, and priorities to ensure smooth and effective delivery
• Identifying opportunities to introduce new tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance digital capability
• Supporting integration and alignment across key systems including CRM, finance, and wider business tools
• Promoting best practice around data quality, security, and GDPR compliance
• Delivering training and guidance to users to maximise the value of digital platforms

Do you have experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud in a charity/non-profit?!, * Experience managing digital systems or delivering digital transformation projects

• Exposure to Salesforce, ideally including Experience Cloud
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams
• Experience coordinating projects, suppliers, and internal resources
• A user-focused mindset, with the ability to design and improve digital experiences
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
