Job description
- Support technique niveau 2 (diagnostic et résolution d'incidents)
- Administration systèmes et réseaux (Environnement Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Fortinet)
- Interventions chez nos clients
- Gestion des infrastructures (serveurs, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi)
- Participation aux projets IT (Refonte, Reprise d'infrastructure)
Requirements
- Bac+2 en informatique minimum
- 2 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire
- Solides compétences en environnements Windows et réseaux
- Sens du service, autonomie et esprit d'équipe
- Permis B obligatoire (déplacements réguliers)
