RQ1718878 (JS) - Senior Systems and Data Analyst

You will take ownership of Mosaic system development and data workstreams, translating service and practice needs into system solutions that support Family Help and safeguarding pathways. Working closely with frontline services, data teams and multi-agency partners, you will ensure systems, workflows and reporting are fit for purpose and drive better outcomes for children and families., * Lead delivery of Mosaic-related system and data workstreams

• Translate operational and practice requirements into system design and workflows
• Configure, test and implement system changes within Mosaic
• Develop dashboards and reports to track performance and inform decision-making
• Manage risks, timelines and project documentation
• Engage stakeholders across services to gather requirements and support implementation
• Deliver training, guidance and support to ensure successful system adoption

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Strong experience with Mosaic (or similar social care systems)
• Proven background in data analysis, reporting and dashboard development
• Experience delivering system or data transformation projects
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Understanding of children's services, safeguarding and early help
