We are delighted to be supporting our client in recruiting an 'IT Support Officer' on a full-time, temporary basis!

As a Technical Officer, you'll support our Technical Analysts in delivering a high-quality IT Service Desk. You'll provide excellent customer service while using your technical knowledge to support users and keep systems running smoothly.
The role includes a mix of IT support tasks, as well as setting up and decommissioning hardware.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Technologies.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- ITIL knowledge (desirable but not essential)
