Digital Training & Delivery Manager

We're recruiting a Digital Training & Delivery Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-quality digital learning solutions across Compass One.

This role focuses on building capability through engaging, scalable training programmes delivered both face-to-face and virtually. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, mobilisation teams and IT colleagues to support the successful deployment and adoption of Compass Digital solutions.

This is a mobile role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across sites and supporting teams through digital change.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the design, development and delivery of digital training solutions
• Deliver engaging training sessions to internal and external users
• Support the deployment and adoption of Compass Digital technologies
• Work with stakeholders to ensure training aligns to business needs and objectives
• Support mobilisation activity for new business and system implementations
• Create and maintain training materials, documentation and reports
• Provide system administration and on-site software support as required
• Carry out site visits to support contracts with systems and training needs

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience delivering customer-focused training or support solutions
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical or system-related issues
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability
• Confident working independently and as part of a wider team
• Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems
• Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel and stay overnight
