Job description
Reporting to the Head of Total Workforce Management & People Analytics, the Digital Product Owner - People Analytics owns the vision, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise People Analytics and Listening platforms.
The role covers Visier as the core People Analytics solution, enabling workforce insights through integration with HRIS, Vendor Management Systems, cloud data platforms, and workforce planning tools.
In parallel, you own Qualtrics as the enterprise Listening platform, supporting Employee Experience, Customer Experience, and Service Experience use cases. Qualtrics consumes data from multiple enterprise systems such as HRIS, Learning platforms, ServiceNow, Snowflake, and other operational sources to deliver actionable experience insights at scale.
You act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, the People Insights team, Master Data, and technical delivery partners. In addition to product ownership, you're accountable for the digital administration of both platforms, ensuring they're securely operated, scalable, compliant, and consistently adopted across the organization.
As an individual contributor, you manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and drive delivery outcomes that translate business needs into measurable value., * Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for People Analytics and Listening solutions, with Visier and Qualtrics as core platforms.
- Manage the product backlog and delivery lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
- Translate business needs into clear, scalable product requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure robust integration of Visier with HRIS, VMS, cloud data platforms, and workforce planning solutions.
- Own Qualtrics as the enterprise Listening platform, supporting Employee Experience, Customer Experience, and Service Experience use cases across the organization.
- Establish and oversee the digital administration framework for Visier and Qualtrics, covering configuration, access management, releases, and platform lifecycle activities.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Security and Access Management model for both platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with Security, HRIS, Master Data, and data platform teams to ensure compliant data access, governance guardrails, and platform sustainability.
- Monitor product adoption, data quality, and performance, driving continuous improvement and value realization.
- Promote a customer-centric mindset, ensuring digital solutions deliver measurable business impact.
Requirements
- +4 years Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner or in a comparable role within analytics or HR technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, HR, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Mandatory experience in People Analytics within complex or enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with either Visier or Qualtrics is mandatory.
- Experience with both Visier and Qualtrics is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of data integration across HRIS, Learning platforms, ServiceNow, Snowflake, and broader enterprise data ecosystems.
- Certified Agile Product Owner or equivalent hands-on Agile experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a clear focus on business outcomes and user value.
- Analytical, structured, and able to translate complex data concepts into practical digital solutions.
