Job description
In your role as Product Owner - Customer Master Data, you will lead your team both disciplinarily and professionally. You will work closely with business units, IT partners, and other product teams to drive a stable, high-performing customer data landscape. You own the product end-to-end - strategy, vision, roadmap, budget, and operational excellence - and ensure that our customer data ecosystem evolves to meet the needs of tomorrow., * You hold full end-to-end responsibility for your product and your team, including strategic direction, operational stability, budget management, and team leadership.
- You own and continuously refine the product vision, product strategy, and the roadmap for all customer data systems across Austria and CEE.
- Together with your team and stakeholders, you identify and prioritize business and technical requirements, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- You understand the technical and functional scope of your systems and drive their development to meet future business needs.
- You act as the primary contact point for internal departments, key users, IT teams, and external partners on all product-related matters.
- You ensure a stable and robust product environment, balancing project work, system enhancements, and operational tasks.
- You foster an open feedback culture and encourage continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- As part of the wider Product Owner community, you contribute to cross-team collaboration, alignment, and the further development of the Customer Data ecosystem.
Requirements
- You bring solid IT affinity or a relevant technical/business education paired with experience in product ownership, CRM, master data management, or complex project coordination.
- You have leadership experience and enjoy guiding, developing, and empowering teams.
- You communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders and build strong working relationships across business and IT.
- You combine strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving skills and can translate business needs into technical requirements - and vice versa.
- You have experience working in an international environment and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries.
- You ideally bring knowledge of customer data systems or CRM technologies.
- Experience with handling user accounts, master data management and identity provider is beneficial.
- You work structured, are resilient in demanding phases, and maintain a customer-driven mindset.
- B2 English proficiency; additional languages are beneficial.
