Job description

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users across multiple offices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues (laptops, printers, mobile devices, VPN, Wi-Fi).
  • Install and configure workstations, operating systems, and standard business applications.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory / Microsoft 365).
  • Escalate complex incidents to 3rd line or vendors while ensuring SLA follow-up.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding and IT equipment lifecycle management.
  • Contribute to IT documentation, security practices, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Professionele bachelor

Academische bachelor, * 1 to 4 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles.

  • Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and French and Dutch.
