Test Area Responsibility: Oversee specific test areas, evaluate results, resolve issues, and plan accordingly.

Standards Selection: Choose appropriate standards, methods, tools, and applications for project use.

Quality Assurance Review: Review quality assurance plans, data, procedures, and scripts.

Test Case Creation: Independently create test cases and assist in evaluation preparations.

Test Execution: Run and retest as necessary, executing test scripts in your areas of accountability.

Issue Investigation: Investigate defined issues, gather necessary data, and analyze to determine the root cause of defects.

Risk Reporting: Identify test issues, report risks, and define regression tests for current and future projects.

Traceability Records: Create traceable records from test cases back to requirements, report on system quality, and collect metrics.

Junior Support: Support junior team members in their tasks.

Knowledge Creation: Develop knowledge about new products, processes, methods, or systems
Requirements
-
At least 5 years' experience of automation testing across a number of projects and technologies.

Excellent working knowledge of Automation tools and frameworks.

Must be proficient in industry leading automation test tools (e.g. QTP/UFT, Selenium, Coded UI, TestComplete, BDD tooling (Cucumber / jBehave)).

Must be proficient at writing complex code in some of the following languages: Java, C#, MS VBScript

Understanding of CI, Dependency Management and Source Control tools.

Understanding of test management tools/solutions/integrations (e.g. JIRA, ALM/QC, MS TM)

Have a proactive, can do attitude with a proven track record of implementing automated solutions

You speak English and also either French or Dutch
