Mobile Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• You monitor product and code quality, from start to finish
• You help determine the feature test plan and the test scope
• You focus maximum on automation of test cases
• You share your test results
• You identify and correct any sticking points and iron out any bugs

• Proficient in programming languages, specifically Swift, Java, and Kotlin
• Experienced in iOS and Android automation frameworks, including XCUITest, Appium, and Quantum (with Cucumber and TestNG)
• Skilled in API testing, using tools like IntelliJ IDE, and API mocking with Wiremock
• Proficient in version control systems such as Git
• Experienced with development platforms including Xcode and Android Studio
• Familiar with CI/CD tools and cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker)
• Involved in both manual and automation testing of mobile applications (Android and iOS)
• Strong understanding of mobile testing techniques and software testing principles, methodologies, and tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues
• Basic understanding of test data creation
• Understanding of shell scripting is a plus
• You speak English and maybe also speak one of the two national languages (French/Dutch), * Familiarity with other programming languages

• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and GitLab CI/CD
• Experience with Shell Scripting
• Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms
