Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer, you play a key role in integrating our security and licensing solutions into our customers' software architectures. We combine German engineering excellence with an open, direct, and informal working culture. You will have plenty of room for initiative and the opportunity to grow both technically and personally. Tasks What will you do?

• Provide technical guidance for the integration of the CodeMeter SDK into customer software
• Advise on security architectures (licensing flows, activation processes, container and cloud scenarios)
• Analyze and mitigate reverse engineering risks
• Troubleshoot at OS, network, and application level
• Support on-premise and cloud deployments
• Act as a technical sparring partner for developers, architects, and IT specialists

• Basic programming knowledge (C, C++, C#, Java and/or Python)
• Experience with Windows, Linux and/or macOS
• Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP)
• Affinity with Docker, Kubernetes, virtualization, and cloud environments
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Additional languages (German, French, or Spanish) are a strong advantage
• Curious mindset, strong analytical skills, and enjoyment in solving technical puzzles
