The Opportunity
We're looking for a hands on Senior NOC Engineer to play a key role in our monitoring and automation capability across multi client environments.
This isn't just about responding to alerts. It's about improving how we operate.
You'll support the shift from reactive support to more proactive, automation driven operations, helping us build a modern NOC function that delivers real customer and business outcomes.
What You'll Own & Drive
Automation & Efficiency
You'll play a key role in improving automation across the NOC, working with existing tooling to reduce manual effort and eliminate repeatable tasks. Your focus will be making systems smarter and reducing tickets at source.
Scripting & Tooling Improvements
You'll use PowerShell and existing platform capabilities to build and enhance automation that improves consistency and efficiency across customer environments.
Monitoring & Alert Quality
You'll help improve how we monitor environments, reducing noise and ensuring alerts are meaningful, actionable, and drive the right outcomes.
Platform Performance & Reliability
You'll support high levels of patch compliance, system health, and platform performance across endpoints, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
Continuous Improvement
You'll identify recurring issues and contribute to long term fixes, using trend analysis, automation, and operational improvements to reduce repeat incidents.
Technical Support & Escalations
You'll act as a senior technical point within the NOC, supporting complex issues and helping raise the overall technical capability of the team.

Requirements
- Enjoy solving problems and improving how things work
- Have a strong interest in automation and reducing manual effort
- Are confident using scripting (PowerShell) to improve processes
- Have experience working in MSP or multi client environments
- Are comfortable working across multiple systems and technologies
- Want to grow into a more senior or leadership role over time
Technical Background We're Looking For
You don't need to tick every box but you should be comfortable operating at this level:
- Experience in MSP or multi client environments
- Strong understanding of monitoring, alerting, and incident management
- Experience with RMM platforms and automation tooling
- Good scripting capability (PowerShell preferred)
- Exposure to Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, networking, and system performance
Most importantly: you're someone who looks to improve systems, not just maintain them.
Certifications (or Equivalent Experience)
We value capability over certificates, but the following are advantageous:
- MD 102 (Endpoint Management)
- SC 900 (Fundamentals)
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- CCNA or Network+
