Solution Architect

• Design end-to-end bespoke technical solutions aligned to client requirements
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to end clients and internal stakeholders
• Translate business problems into scalable, secure, and resilient architectures

Required Experience & Skills Technical Background

• Career starting as a Software Developer/Engineer
• Strong understanding of application development and modern architectures
• Hands-on Experience designing and delivering custom (bespoke) solutions

Cloud & Architecture

• Strong Experience with AWS (eg EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, API Gateway)
• Experience designing scalable, cloud-native architectures
• Understanding of security, cost optimisation, and resilience in AWS environments

Client & Delivery Focus

• Proven Experience working directly with end clients
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and shaping requirements

AI Exposure

• Practical exposure to AI/Machine Learning/Generative AI solutions
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into applications or platforms is highly beneficial

Collaboration

• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable collaborating with teams across multiple locations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• AWS Certifications (Solution Architect preferred)
• Experience with event-driven or microservices architectures
