Job description
We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer to build and scale GenAI-powered document intelligence systems on GCP. What You'll Do
- Build LLM-driven document intelligence using Gemini on Vertex AI, including advanced prompt engineering and model orchestration.
- Extract and normalise data from legal documents (tables, clauses, signatures, covenants, payment waterfalls).
- Automate checklist-based analysis with strong validation and citation logic ( No Page, No Claim ).
- Design robust evaluation frameworks (accuracy, bias, drift) with human-in-the-loop review.
- Deliver production APIs (REST/gRPC) and high-throughput ingestion pipelines.
- Create multimodal ingestion workflows for PDFs, scans, images, Excel and emails with OCR.

Requirements
- Strong experience shipping LLM systems to production
- Deep understanding of document AI and evaluation
- Ability to combine LLMs with deterministic rules
- experience with legal, financial, or regulatory documents preferred
