IT Support Analyst

You will be joining a leading firm that is the creator and facilitator of next-generation markets, through the provision of accessible, simple and efficient stock exchanges, trading venues and technology.

This role is based within their software and technology division, which focuses on building better markets via the creation and licensing of cutting-edge, cost-effective, exchange infrastructure technology and services, including matching engine and trade surveillance solutions., In this IT Support Analyst role in London, your responsibilities will include:

• 1st line desktop, voice and remote access support across offices and remote users
• Setup new IT equipment for users, including laptops, desktops, telephony and mobile phones
• Managing users and groups within Active Directory
• Responsible for implementing approved procedures (change control, joiners/leavers, etc)
• Support and maintain Microsoft Teams AV equipment (Yealkin)
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation
• Manage relationships and work with vendors to escalate issues when appropriate

• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office365 including desktop office applications Word/Excel
• Must be IT literate and have a strong interest in pursuing a career in IT
• Experience in IT Support/Desktop Analyst is a bonus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Attention to detail and highly organised
• An excellent team player, with an ability to work on your own initiative

• Great starting salary ranging from £30,000 - £33,000
