Job description
As an experienced IT Support Analyst, you'll be involved in supporting technology services across the organisation. Acting as a main contact for incidents and service requests, you'll take ownership of issues from start to finish-providing mainly 2nd and 3rd line support while mentoring Technology Apprentices along the way. Your day-to-day will include resolving hardware, software and network problems (both remotely and on-site), liaising with third-party suppliers, maintaining documentation, supporting BAU and improvement projects, and ensuring adherence to Cyber Essentials Plus standards. You'll also contribute to the ICT knowledgebase and champion smarter, more efficient ways of working through technology.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll bring strong problem-solving skills, an excellent understanding of ICT security principles, and up-to-date experience across technologies such as Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure. Knowledge of ITIL best practice and GDPR requirements is essential, alongside a proactive approach and the ability to deliver great customer service.
