Job description
Our client is looking for an experience contractor to join their Global Technical Support team-a diverse, fast-growing group of passionate problem-solvers providing 24/7 support to customers around the world. To be considered for the role, you must have the follwing essential skills / experience., * Resolve complex technical issues for internal and external customers
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring high satisfaction and success
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis across platform features
- Maintain excellent case hygiene and documentation standards
- Communicate effectively via case management systems, phone, and digital channels
- Build and maintain deep technical expertise in assigned product areas
- Contribute to knowledge base content to improve efficiency and self-service
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide feedback to influence product improvements
- Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
-
Javascript - Able to read / understand and debug it

SQL - Able to debug it (Not code)

Understanding of object-oriented programming (e.g. Java)

Familiarity with web application architecture

Exposure to scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Perl, Shell scripting)

Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments

Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle), * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field OR

1+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role
