Job description

Our client is looking for an experience contractor to join their Global Technical Support team-a diverse, fast-growing group of passionate problem-solvers providing 24/7 support to customers around the world. To be considered for the role, you must have the follwing essential skills / experience., * Resolve complex technical issues for internal and external customers

  • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring high satisfaction and success
  • Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis across platform features
  • Maintain excellent case hygiene and documentation standards
  • Communicate effectively via case management systems, phone, and digital channels
  • Build and maintain deep technical expertise in assigned product areas
  • Contribute to knowledge base content to improve efficiency and self-service
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide feedback to influence product improvements
  • Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

  • Javascript - Able to read / understand and debug it

  • SQL - Able to debug it (Not code)

  • Understanding of object-oriented programming (e.g. Java)

  • Familiarity with web application architecture

  • Exposure to scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Perl, Shell scripting)

  • Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments

  • Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle), * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field OR

  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role
