Job description
- Troubleshoot unexpected behaviours and provide clear, effective solutions
- Deliver support ??? multiple channels including web, chat, email, case systems, and phone
- Build trust with customers through strong communication and a customer-first mindset
- Use diagnostic tools to identify root causes of technical issues
- Manage and prioritise your case workload efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues
- Contribute insights and feedback to improve products, processes, and customer experience
Requirements
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our Service Management team. You'll be at the forefront of customer interaction-delivering exceptional support experiences through a combination of technical expertise, communication, and empathy., * 2-4+ years of customer-facing technical support experience
- Strong understanding of web application architecture
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- Ability to write or debug JavaScript or other object-oriented code
- Hands-on experience with browser developer/debugging tools (e.g. Chrome DevTools, Edge/IE tools, Firebug), * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly
- High level of professionalism when handling customer issues
- Strong commitment to customer service and quality
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
