Job description

  • Troubleshoot unexpected behaviours and provide clear, effective solutions
  • Deliver support ??? multiple channels including web, chat, email, case systems, and phone
  • Build trust with customers through strong communication and a customer-first mindset
  • Use diagnostic tools to identify root causes of technical issues
  • Manage and prioritise your case workload efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues
  • Contribute insights and feedback to improve products, processes, and customer experience

Requirements

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our Service Management team. You'll be at the forefront of customer interaction-delivering exceptional support experiences through a combination of technical expertise, communication, and empathy., * 2-4+ years of customer-facing technical support experience

  • Strong understanding of web application architecture
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, MariaDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
  • Ability to write or debug JavaScript or other object-oriented code
  • Hands-on experience with browser developer/debugging tools (e.g. Chrome DevTools, Edge/IE tools, Firebug), * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly
  • High level of professionalism when handling customer issues
  • Strong commitment to customer service and quality
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
