To embed and sustain new ways of working across Digital & Technology as part of the D&T Operating Model Transformation. Working as part of the Coaching Centre of Excellence, you will coach teams, leaders and partners to adopt new organisational practices, behaviours and capabilities, enabling successful transformation at scale.

You will play a critical role in translating change plans into tangible behavioural shifts, ensuring colleagues move through change with clarity, confidence and capability. All the details What's in it for you

Requirements

  • Experience coaching in large-scale organisational or technology transformations.
  • Strong experience embedding Agile ways of working in complex environments.
  • Experience coaching senior leaders and engineering/product teams.
  • Deep understanding of behavioural change (e.g., ADKAR, attitude shifts, resistance).
  • Strong facilitation skills across large and small group settings.
  • Professional Coaching qualification (ICF, EMCC or equivalent).

What you'll do

  • Embed new ways of working by coaching teams and leaders in Agile, Human-Centred Design and the D&T operating model.

  • Deliver targeted coaching interventions through workshops, retros, bootcamps, and 1:1 or group coaching across all phases of the organisation design.

  • Partner with Change and Programme teams to align interventions to change plans, support resistance management, and contribute to adoption measurement.

  • Identify and close behavioural and capability gaps, feeding insights into the Coaching CoE to refine standards and scalable interventions.

  • Track adoption and performance indicators, using quantitative and qualitative insights to continuously adapt the coaching approach., Earn a competitive salary.
