Job description
We're now looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused IT Support Analyst (1st Line) to join our Information Services Department.
You'll be the first point of contact for colleagues across the business, helping solve real problems that keep our operations running smoothly every single day.
What you'll be doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT queries via phone, email, portal and walk-ups
- Completing ticket triage and resolving common issues such as password resets, access problems, device or connectivity challenges
- Supporting colleagues with laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and Microsoft 365
- Assisting with onboarding activities including device setup and user orientation
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to knowledge base content
- Following clear workflows, escalations and delivering excellent customer service
- Playing an active role in maintaining smooth IT operations across our sites
Requirements
- Clear, confident communication
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and standard business applications
- A proactive, organised approach and eagerness to learn
- A calm, supportive attitude when helping colleagues
Experience in customer service or IT support is highly desirable, but a positive attitude and willingness to grow go a long way with us.
