Job description

  • Provide high-quality desktop and end-user IT support across the organisation
  • Act as a key point of contact for resolving IT incidents and service requests
  • Support the stability, usability, and performance of end-user IT services
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IT support processes and documentation

Job Role Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled IT support and clearly communicate solutions to end users
  • Respond to and manage IT support tickets via the Service Level Management (SLM) tool
  • Track, route, and escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams when required
  • Keep users informed of progress and resolution timelines
  • Guide users through troubleshooting and problem-solving processes
  • Follow up with customers and ensure issues are resolved to completion
  • Deliver excellent customer service and consistently exceed user expectations
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate technical documentation
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
  • Support Microsoft environments and Line of Business (LOB) applications

Requirements

  • Strong experience in desktop, hardware, and software support
  • Experience supporting Windows 11, network protocols, and M365 applications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, application packaging, PowerShell, and Autopilot
  • Experience supporting Line of Business (LOB) applications
  • Familiarity with meeting room AV solutions, office networking, and print technology
  • Understanding of IT asset management
  • Exposure to Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
