Desktop Engineer/2nd Line Support (Windows 11, MacOS, M365, Intune - White Glove) - £240/day Inside IR35 - 3 month contract - Onsite Chiswick

3 month contract supporting a major Desktop migration - onsite in Chiswick- W11 & MacOS experience essential.

A Desktop Engineer/2nd Line Support (Windows 11, MacOS, M365, Intune - White Glove) is required by a leading financial services company in Chiswick.

This is a full-time, onsite role with the following Working and Pay Pattern:

Shift: Either Friday to Tuesday, or Saturday to Wednesday Rate: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday: paid at £240 per day Rate: Saturday/Sunday - 12 hour shift per day at 1.5 times day rate - £575 per day. May Bank Holiday Monday - Double time on a standard day - £480 per day.

Condensed: £240 per day weekdays, £575 per day on Weekends!

Desktop Engineer/2nd Line Support (Windows 11, MacOS, M365, Intune - White Glove) - you must have:

  • Proven 2nd Line Desktop Support experience in a professional environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with SCCM and/or Intune for imaging and building of laptops and desktops
  • Solid support skills with Windows 11 & MacOS
  • Experience supporting VIPs and executive-level users/white glove is essential

This is a Desktop Engineer/2nd Line Support (Windows 11, MacOS, M365, Intune - White Glove) contract focused on device deployment and VIP user support. You'll be imaging laptops using SCCM or Intune, configuring devices for end users, and providing in-person support.

You'll work with Windows 11, MacOS, Intune, and Autopilot.
