1st Line Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants to develop their technical skills in a fast-paced technology environment. You'll be the first point of contact for technical issues, supporting users across a range of systems while gaining valuable exposure to networking, cloud services, and telecom infrastructure.

• Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365
• Basic understanding of Active Directory and user administration
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer support skills
• A genuine interest in technology, networking, and telecom systems
