Job description

Digital Engineering Configuration Lead/Manager/BIM/Building Information Modelling/CDE/Common Data Environment/Systems/Integration/Information Management/CDE Administrator, BIM Information Manager/Digital Platform Manager/Data/Data Groups/Remote/Initial 6-month contract/£700 - 925 Inside IR35.

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit aDigital Engineering Configuration Lead (BIM/CDE).

Location - hybrid - remote with approx. monthly trips to London or Midlands when required for meetings

Duration - initially 6 months with high chance of extension

Day rate - £700 - 925 per day Inside IR35

You will be responsible for

  • CDE Platform Administration & Optimisation, Configuration Management,Information Management and Data Governance and Digital Workflow Configuration.
  • Education/qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CDE Administrator, BIM Information Manager, or Digital Platform Manager (Preferably at an Enterprise Level).
  • Experience applying configuration management principles (eg baselining, change control, configuration registers) in complex digital or engineering environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Common Data Environment platforms such as Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms (eg Autodesk Construction Cloud), BIM 360, or similar systems.
  • Understanding of digital engineering and information workflows, including BIM where applicable, in infrastructure, construction, or engineering projectsin infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects.
  • Experience configuring metadata, permissions, workflows, and project environments within CDE platforms.

Requirements
