Identity and Access Management Analyst

• Implement and support IGA platforms and solutions
• Integrate IGA systems with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD
• Design and manage identity life cycle processes, including Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) workflows
• Produce clear technical documentation and operational runbooks
• Strong understanding of identity life cycle management and JML automation
• Hands-on experience implementing IGA platforms (eg SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, or similar)

• SC Cleared or SC Eligible (Must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years to be eligible)
• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related STEM field
• Vendor certifications in IGA platforms (eg SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada)
• SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator)
• Experience with segregation of duties (SoD) and access risk analytics
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python)
• Experience with API integration and web services
• Familiarity with ITSM workflows and change control processes
• Experience working within public sector or critical national infrastructure environments
