IT Project Manager ERP Transformation

As IT Project Manager ERP Transformation, you will be responsible for managing business-IT projects, including the transformation of SAP ECC to a new ERP solution, as well as implementing test management standards.

Build side:

• Define and lead the transformation from SAP ECC to a new ERP solution
• Define and manage the public procurement process to select the ERP solution and implementation partner
• Design and implement a test management framework aligned with standards
• Set up project governance and monitoring tools (Jira, TOPdesk)
• Organize change management activities with business stakeholders
• Ensure integration of key user needs across projects

Run side:

• Manage projects in terms of scope, planning, resources, and budget
• Monitor risks and issues across projects
• Support PMO activities (budget, capacity, timelines)
• Oversee ERP migration and transition phases
• Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with standards
• Ensure end-user training is delivered
• Coordinate stakeholders and provide reporting

You have strong experience in IT project management, particularly in complex ERP transformation environments including migrations and transitions.
