Job description
Are you passionate about IT project management and ERP transformations? Then this position is for you.
As IT Project Manager ERP Transformation, you will be responsible for managing business-IT projects, including the transformation of SAP ECC to a new ERP solution, as well as implementing test management standards.
Build side:
- Define and lead the transformation from SAP ECC to a new ERP solution
- Define and manage the public procurement process to select the ERP solution and implementation partner
- Design and implement a test management framework aligned with standards
- Set up project governance and monitoring tools (Jira, TOPdesk)
- Organize change management activities with business stakeholders
- Ensure integration of key user needs across projects
Run side:
- Manage projects in terms of scope, planning, resources, and budget
- Monitor risks and issues across projects
- Support PMO activities (budget, capacity, timelines)
- Oversee ERP migration and transition phases
- Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with standards
- Ensure end-user training is delivered
- Coordinate stakeholders and provide reporting
Requirements
You have strong experience in IT project management, particularly in complex ERP transformation environments including migrations and transitions.

You have led large-scale transformation projects involving both business and IT stakeholders and contributed to governance, test management, and change management practices.

- Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
- ERP transformation projects
- SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
- Test management
- BPMN (process modeling)
- M365 tools (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Other ERP systems (Dynamics, Odoo…)
- PRINCE2 methodology
- Project tools (Jira, TOPdesk)
