Job description
You will join a business unit focused on Employee Benefits & Health Care, delivering group insurance and healthcare solutions for employers and their employees.
Within the Business Engineering department, the team is responsible for designing, developing, and testing applications that support these products and services in an efficient and user-friendly way.
You will work closely with IT teams and various internal stakeholders, contributing to digital platforms used by both employers and employees., Testing
You contribute to the functional testing of digital projects and ensure their quality by:
- Writing test strategies, scenarios, and test scripts
- Identifying and preparing test data
- Executing tests, including bug logging and follow-up
- Reporting on testing progress
- Performing recurring non-regression testing
You will work on both:
- Front-end digital flows and user interfaces
- Back-end processes and system integrations
Analysis
- Support the resolution of maintenance issues in digital applications
- Analyze detailed functional requirements and translate them into test cases
- Identify gaps or missing information in requirements and align with the Lead Analyst
- Understand the broader context and link your testing activities with other projects
Communication
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Legal, Services, IT)
- Work within a dynamic team of analysts, testers, and coordinators
Ownership
- Take responsibility for test analysis beyond defined requirements
- Understand projects in a broader business and technical context
- Proactively identify risks, edge cases, and improvements
- Demonstrate initiative and accountability
Requirements
- Experience as a functional tester or junior business analyst is a plus (not mandatory)
- Ability to work autonomously and in a structured way
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility
- Curious and investigative mindset (experimenting, questioning, analyzing)
- Critical thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to understand technical complexity and interact effectively with IT teams
- Languages
- English: Good level (mandatory)
- Dutch: Good to fluent (preferred)
- French: Good to fluent (preferred)
