• Manage the entire lifecycle of the CSA test and reference environment.
• Document and structure new test cases.
• Coordinate test concepts, test specifications, and test cases.
• Integrate existing test cases into the new automation environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end test coverage.
• Troubleshoot in the test and reference environments.
• Support developers in identifying and troubleshooting errors.
• Provide technical details to vendors about current issues.
• Lead software improvement initiatives.
• Ensure efficient resource usage of tested software components.
• Prepare and support rollout in production environments.
• Steer and escalate cases to ensure quality.
• Participate in on-call duty (7*24) as needed.
