Support Technician

The Support Technician will play a key role in ensuring seamless technical support and maintenance within the software industry. This permanent position in Birmingham requires a detail-oriented professional to assist with system troubleshooting and provide exceptional service.

• Apply a structured and methodical approach to problem-solving

• Strong interest in IT (previous IT or application support experience preferred)
• Well-organised, self-motivated, and proactive
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional phone manner
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Basic understanding of PC/desktop architecture
