Job description
As an IT support officer, you will be working at our location at Logistiek Park Moerdijk: a state-of-the-art 240,000 m² warehouse and the largest contiguous warehouse in the Benelux. You are the first line of technical support for our WMS environment and data processes, specifically focused on our High Value customer: you're on it. How you do this? You ensure that our systems, data, and processes align seamlessly. You combine technical knowledge with an analytical mindset and know how to translate complex information clearly to the operation. You achieve this by:
- supporting daily WMS administration, including user support, troubleshooting, and configuration changes;
- monitoring system performance and escalating technical issues to IT or vendors as needed;
- collecting, cleaning, and analysing warehouse and supply chain data from multiple sources;
- generating regular and ad hoc reports on SLA performance, highlighting trends and risks;
- partnering with Operations, IT, and Analytics teams to improve workflows and identify process optimisation opportunities.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience);
- strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts);
- familiarity with WMS concepts (through coursework, internship, or prior experience) is a plus;
- detail-oriented, with an eagerness to learn and grow in both WMS and data analytics domains;
- excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams;
- fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
