Job description
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions
- Manage and enhance CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Work on CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) related modules
- Customize ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
Requirements
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in CIS and CMDB to join our team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements., * 4-6 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong hands-on experience with CMDB and CIS modules
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide)
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Understanding of ITSM processes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
