Job description
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Work extensively with CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within CMDB
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and deliver requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow environment
Requirements
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow CIS and CMDB
- Experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide)
- Knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Good understanding of ITSM processes
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
