As a Solution Advisor, you'll partner closely with Sales to help organisations rethink how they manage travel, expense, and employee spend. You'll bring insight, curiosity, and structure to customer conversations - showing how smarter processes and the right technology can drive real business value.

This is a role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, storytelling, and working with people, and who wants to grow their commercial and technical skills in a collaborative, supportive team.

What you'll do

• Partner with Sales to shape winning customer engagements across the UK & Ireland
• Lead engaging, value-focused product demonstrations and presentations
• Translate customer challenges into clear, compelling solution narratives
• Take a consultative approach, asking great questions and offering fresh perspectives
• Build strong internal relationships to move opportunities forward
• Continuously build knowledge of products, competitors, and industry trends, Successful candidates might be required to undergo a background verification with an external vendor. Do you have experience in Presentation skills?, * Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to varied audiences

• Curiosity about how businesses operate and how technology can improve outcomes
• The ability to simplify complexity and focus on what matters most
• A collaborative mindset - you enjoy working as part of a team
• Comfort learning new concepts and adapting as priorities change
• Experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or related roles is helpful but not essential. We value transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of travel and/or expense reporting industry is a plus.
