Job description
- Lead design and setup of SAP Concur Travel configurations
- Translate corporate travel policies into automated system rules
- Serve as technical liaison with TMC partners
- Support booking compliance and travel data flow
- Provide reporting and insights into travel spend optimization
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur Travel
- SAP Concur CIP Certification (Travel) or Concur Certified Associate (required)
- Experience leading at least 2 global SAP Concur Travel implementations/rollouts
- Strong experience configuring:
- Travel policies
- Class of service rules
- Preferred vendor integrations (air, hotel, car)
- Travel assistant hierarchies, * Amex GBT or other Travel Management Company (TMC) integrations
- GDS platforms such as Sabre or Amadeus
- Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration
- SFTP file transfers
- API integrations
- Integration between Concur Travel and Concur Request
- Reporting using Concur Intelligence or Cognos, * Utility or large enterprise environment experience
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Experience supporting global travel programs
Partial remote role with travel expenses paid.
