Job description

As an IT Support Engineer you'll be a part of the Intigriti Workplace team, reporting to our IT Systems Administrator. You'll be supporting colleagues across the world and ensure everyone can work efficiently and securely from our offices and remote locations.

We're looking for an approachable, passionate individual who will support the company's hardware, applications and identities.

What you'll be doing

  • Be the approachable, friendly face people can resort to for IT support
  • Support the workforce in everyday IT questions or issues, on various channels including email, MS teams and Slack.
  • Manage Intigriti's IT assets (laptops, mobiles, network infrastructure, peripherals) and identities.
  • Ensure employees have the tools to excel at their jobs. Install and configure hardware and software.
  • Diagnose, resolve and prevent various software and hardware issues on macOS, Windows, iOS, or Android. assist in debugging, resolving and improving configuration for the Microsoft Office and Azure suite.
  • Configure Mobile Device Management settings and issues.
  • Ensure endpoints are configured optimally and securely.
  • Onboard new employees and show them our way of working.
  • Develop security knowledge and implement security controls.
  • Supporting change projects including the rollout of software and technology-enabled processes to improve IT services.
  • Develop and document procedures.
  • Providing technology support to Intigriti events.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Systems Administration and Networking.
  • Experience with macOS and Microsoft Windows.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A strong desire to learn new skills.
