We are seeking a Data Scientist - F/H/X to shape data science tools.

Tasks

• Develop data science solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and formalize data requirements.

• Identify and formalize requirements in collaboration with the business and lead workshops.
• Draft specifications for Machine Learning models.
• Promote best practices for industrializing Data Science solutions.
• Develop Data Science prototypes and demonstrate the value of the solutions created.
• Design and execute the tests necessary for the production deployment of Data Science deliverables.
• Encourage the industrialization of prototyped solutions in collaboration with IT.
• Collaborate on the development of interfaces allowing broader use of Machine Learning models.
• Support the business with the aim of evolving towards a "data driven company".
• Simplify and rationalize data, propose an analysis methodology.

• Bachelor/Master in Industrial Engineering and a Master in Data Science.
• Proficient in Python, Machine Learning, and Dataiku.
• Strong leadership, autonomy, and collaborative skills., * You have a Bachelor/Master degree in Industrial Engineering, complemented by a Master in Data Science.
• You have at least 5 years in Data Science, ideally in an industrial environment.
• You master Python, Machine Learning, and Dataiku.
• You are fluent in French and English.
• You have proven experience in business analysis.
• You demonstrate skills in leadership, autonomy, rigor, proactivity, and a collaborative spirit.
• You are able to propose and challenge established positions.
• You show excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communication with all types of interlocutors, and appreciate teamwork.
