Job description
You will act as a first point of contact for IT support queries, providing Level 1 support including account management, password resets, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
You'll support onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain IT documentation and knowledge bases, and assist with system administration, asset management, and IT projects. You will also work closely with colleagues and external providers to resolve issues and improve IT services across the organisation., We aspire to build more quality homes and continue to have a positive impact on the local communities in which we operate. Our focus is on ensuring that our residents are happy and safe in their homes.
Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused IT Support Administrator to join our team., You will be an excellent communicator with strong written skills, able to produce clear and user-friendly documentation. You'll have a good grounding in IT support, enjoy problem-solving, and be confident supporting users with a range of technical issues., Good IT knowledge, including Microsoft Windows
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
Experience logging and managing support tickets
Customer-focused with a proactive approach
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload independently
Excellent written English and documentation skills
