Looking for an IT support role where you're genuinely valued, trusted, and visible? If you enjoy being the go-to IT person and want real ownership-without being lost in a large, anonymous service desk-this could be the perfect next step., We're expanding our IT presence in Worcester and are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Business IT Support Analyst to become our on-site IT expert for Worcester and the surrounding region. You'll be the friendly, familiar face of IT locally, while still being fully supported by our established Service Desk team in London. This is a permanent role offering a salary of £30,000, a company car, and genuine opportunities for progression as our regional operations continue to grow. What you'll be doing

  • Acting as the primary IT contact for our Worcester office and nearby branches
  • Providing first-line support via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Delivering hands-on, on-site IT support for newly opened regional offices
  • Building, configuring, and deploying laptops and end-user hardware
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues across laptops, desktops, peripherals, and network devices
  • Managing Active Directory user accounts and permissions
  • Supporting in-house CRM applications
  • Administering mobile devices and telephony systems
  • Logging and documenting incidents accurately to support reporting and improvement
  • Identifying issue trends to assist with effective Problem Management
  • Working closely with Infrastructure, Development Support, and third-party suppliers
  • Escalating issues when appropriate while maintaining ownership through to resolution

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT support or Service Desk environment
  • Strong customer service skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Confidence supporting users both remotely and face-to-face
  • Solid understanding of hardware, user administration, and day-to-day troubleshooting
  • Someone organised, approachable, and keen to grow within a fast-paced business
  • Full UK Clean Driving Licence
