Job description
- Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics solutions in line with architectural and coding standards
- Lead the implementation of complex customisations including plugins, workflows, and integrations
- Translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions
- Build and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems using Web APIs, Azure services, and middleware
- Act as a technical liaison with the Microsoft Gold partner platform vendor

Requirements
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (on-prem) and MS Portals
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE
- Strong C#/.NET experience, including custom plugins and workflows
- Experience with client-side development (JavaScript, form scripting, ribbon customisation)
- Experience working with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
- Ability to interpret user requirements and deliver secure and resilient technical solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with on-premise to cloud migrations or major Dynamics upgrades (desirable)
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery teams (desirable)
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (desirable)
Benefits & conditions
Salary: £25,000 - 65,000 per year
