Job description

As a Solution Specialist for Microsoft Cloud, you will act as the technical expert and trusted advisor for small and medium-sized businesses exploring cloud transformation. Combining deep technical knowledge with consultative sales skills, you will drive the full sales cycle from product demonstrations to deal closure while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Microsoft Cloud portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the full sales cycle for Microsoft Cloud solutions from needs assessment and product demonstration to negotiation and closure

  • Act as the technical expert for SMB clients, advising on cloud architecture, migration paths, and solution fit

  • Identify and maximise upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing client portfolio

  • Conduct product demos and present tailored cloud solutions aligned to each client's technical and business requirements

  • Stay current with Microsoft Cloud developments, pricing, and competitor offerings

  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasts in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with SDR and Account Manager teams to ensure a smooth client journey

Requirements

C2 level of Danish and C1 level of English written and spoken

  • Solid, demonstrable experience with cloud solutions specifically Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS (mandatory; other technology backgrounds are not accepted for this role)

  • Proven track record in a technical-sales or pre-sales role minimum 2 years

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills

  • Experience managing and growing an SMB client portfolio

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and pipeline management tools

  • Eligible to work in Spain (EU ID or Spanish residence card)
