Norwegian-speaking Technical Customer Support Advisor

We're looking for a Norwegian-speaking Technical Customer Support Advisor to join our team in sunny Malaga! ️ Could this be the opportunity for you?

In this role, you'll provide world-class customer service and technical support for a fast-growing start-up in the Norwegian market. Your main focus will be to help customers solve their issues and deliver excellent service via phone and email. Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and support, both individually and as part of a team
• Deliver high-quality solutions through clear communication and analytical troubleshooting, coordinating with customers and installers
• Handle confidential information with care and professionalism
• Maintain a high standard of service and quality in all interactions
• Manage inquiries via phone and email
• Proactively ensure all customer requests are handled efficiently
• Perform additional administrative or support-related tasks as needed

• Previous experience in communication and customer service
• Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working with computers and digital tools
• Good organizational and analytical abilities
• Problem-solving mindset and a genuine service-oriented attitude
• Team player who contributes to a positive and productive environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• You are already living in Spain and have the necessary documents to work here
