Salesforce Engineer

As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic international Software Engineering team, focusing on the Service Cloud solution. You are responsible for the full life cycle of your developments: from requirement gathering to implementation and deployment. You break down requirements, document tasks, and estimate efforts. You promote transparency by proactively sharing design choices with relevant stakeholders at the right level of detail and timing. You provide strategic and operational advice for internal customers. You ensure an efficient support chain.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, particularly in Service Cloud. Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, Apex, LWC components, and declarative elements. Solid experience developing complex functionalities with inbound/outbound integrations (REST, SOAP, External Objects, Events, Bulk API, etc.). Understanding of Salesforce architecture, code best practices, and design patterns. Experience in international environments with complex implementations and high data volumes. Familiarity with Agile methodology, ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements, and strong problem-solving skills. Business-level English (B2 minimum); German is a plus.
