Details Role: Salesforce engineer Location: hybrid in Barcelona Languages: Spanish and English B2; German is a plus As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic international Software Engineering team, focusing on the Service Cloud solution. Responsibilities Be part of a global software engineering team working on Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. Take ownership of the end-to-end development process, from gathering requirements through to deployment. Analyze business needs, break them down into actionable tasks, and provide effort estimations. Communicate technical decisions clearly and proactively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment at all stages. Act as a trusted advisor, delivering both strategic guidance and hands-on support to internal teams. Help maintain a well-structured and effective support process.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Service Cloud. Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools. Proven experience building and managing complex integrations (REST, SOAP, events, external objects, Bulk API, etc.). Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, development best practices, and design patterns. Experience working in international environments with complex systems and high data volumes. Familiarity with Agile methodologies
