At this exciting stage of our trust's journey, we are seeking a dedicated ICT Technician to ensure a robust infrastructure that supports innovative teaching and effective operations. This unique role involves providing essential support across the Trusts 8 schools, ensuring high quality professional service delivery., * Provide first-line support and advice to all stakeholders regarding hardware, software, and networking.
- Manage the installation, configuration, and optimisation of ICT equipment to achieve school business objectives.
- Utilise logging and escalation systems to monitor, prioritise, and track support incidents.
- Ensure all work aligns with the trust's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and security policies.

Requirements
- Level 3 IT Support Technician Qualification.
- 5 A*-C (4+) in GCSEs (inc English and Maths) or equivalent standard of numeracy and literacy.
- Knowledge of Microsoft OS.
- Experience of supporting a variety of stakeholders in a demanding ICT environment with excellent communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence
- A working knowledge of Google Workspace for Education (Desirable)
- Familiarity with Apple education systems and iPad management (Desirable)
