What will be your responsibilities:

Provide local and/or remote user support.

Assist in the installation of hardware and software systems.

Provide IT support for employee onboarding and offboarding experience.

Analyse and acquire IT equipment.

Support in troubleshooting technical issues and network problems.

Create and maintain technical and procedural documentation.

Install, configure, and maintain equipment.

Administer and maintain the company's and branches' infrastructure.
Requirements
-
Technical or higher education in IT-related fields.

Proven professional experience in similar roles.

Knowledge of networks and IT systems.

Experience with programming, routers, switches, and servers.

Ability to work independently and solve technical problems.
