Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Deskside Support Analyst to join our team. As a Deskside Support Analyst, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to our end-users, both remotely and on-site, in a fast-paced environment. You will be based in our London office.

What does the role actually involve?

  • Provide on-site face to face support to our end-users in the London office.
  • Provide remote support to end-users and act as an overflow for incoming calls to our Service Desk.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to end-users.

Requirements

What technical skills are required for someone to be successful and enjoy the role?

  • Experience in user account administration (Active Directory, Exchange 365).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft Office suite, and system management software such as SCCM.
  • Expertise in laptop and mobile hardware.
  • Familiar with Incident, Change and Problem Management processes.
  • ITIL foundation v3 or 4 qualifications (desirable)

Who would be a good fit for this role?

As part of the IT team, you would be expected to have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in an IT support role within a legal or similar professional setting.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits & conditions

  • This role will be based in the London office providing support between 9 AM and 5 PM
  • Weekend and out-of-hours work may be necessary for project implementations or office moves.
  • Occasional travel to other offices may be required.
