Job description
- Onboard rapidly and immerse yourself in the team's activities: You need to get integrated into the team, understand the roles and responsibilities of team members; It is essential that you also get a brief understanding on the mission of the league and the team.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of deployment tools and assets - We are in the mode of scale up, so try to understand the needs of the team and the customers. Come up with methods and tools to make the deployment and adoption happen.
- Support the management and animation of the global pipeline - Understand the expectations from the management and animate reviews and preparations to meet the expectations. It will involve working with strategy team.
Market & Technology Analysis
- Conduct business analytics on the hybrid AC/DC market - Either by self or with help of external companies, understand market dynamics on this technology, keep a competition watch.
- Benchmark potential competitors and identify industry trends - This is a technology where company is facing traditional and non-traditional competition, while we understand the movement in competition, also understand and identify key market areas.
- Map and evaluate potential countries for acceleration - Based on the studies and input from country organization, map and position next step on growth for business.
Business Plan Ownership
- Develop and maintain the NED Business Plan - A business plan needs to be made that involves status quo update but also next steps. Keep updating and following the plan and actions.
- Prepare quarterly updates based on internal and external insights - Based on the ongoing actions inside and outside the company, keep updating the plan and orient the team accordingly.
- Ensure regular follow-up with onboarded countries, channels, and customers - Partners play a crucial role in our journey. So we need to keep following the partners and countries to ensure we are on right direction and be prepared to trigger new actions in the team to meet.
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Identify relevant events and opportunities to promote NED solutions - Work with the country organisations to identify key events. Work with marketing to prepare for the event with assets and presence. Once done, also put in a mechanism to collect and follow the leads with business development leaders.
- Generate and qualify leads, ensuring proper follow-up - For lead tracking and follow up , ensure a correct mechanism is put in place and customers are followed up with.
Requirements
MBA or Master's degree (BAC+5) in Energy Management or a related field. Strong interest in the energy sector and emerging technologies. Proficient in Microsoft tools, excel, powerpoint, dashboards. Fluent in English. Knowledge or early exposure to AC/DC technologies is a plus.
