Job description

We are looking for a confident and professional Product Support Specialist to join our Technical team within a growing coffee and beverage solutions business.

This is a varied role combining both office-based and field-based work, supporting clients across the UK. You will provide technical expertise on telemetry systems, cloud-based applications, and connected coffee equipment, ensuring a high level of service both remotely and on-site.

The role may also involve occasional overnight stays, as you may be required to attend exhibitions, events, or client sites across the UK., * Provide technical support to customers both remotely and on-site

  • Assist with installation, setup, and maintenance of coffee and vending equipment
  • Support and troubleshoot telemetry and cloud-based systems
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective corrective actions
  • Deliver clear and professional training to clients
  • Represent the business in a confident and professional manner at client sites and events
  • Attend exhibitions and industry events where required (including occasional overnight stays)
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve technical issues
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety standards
  • Manage workload effectively and meet service expectations

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of telemetry, cloud-based applications, and server connectivity
  • Experience in technical fault finding and problem-solving
  • Background in electro/mechanical systems (coffee machines, vending, or similar industries) is highly desirable
  • Confident and professional approach when working on client sites and events
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems such as Salesforce)
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within the coffee, vending, or HoReCa industry
  • Experience delivering customer training
  • Exposure to exhibitions or trade events, * What experience do you have with telemetry systems or connected devices?
  • Have you worked with cloud-based applications or server connectivity systems before?
  • What CRM or technical systems have you used (e.g. Salesforce or similar)?
  • Have you worked with coffee machines, vending equipment, or similar HoReCa systems before? If yes, please describe your role.
  • What experience do you have with fault finding and diagnosing technical issues?
  • What is your current notice period and availability to start?
