• Provide 1st line office PC hardware and software support

• A minimum of 18 months of working experience in IT support
• Experience in 1st and 2nd line PC support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience or active interest in command/shell scripting
• Familiarity with Excel workbook formula optimizing and/or macro debugging is ideal
• Knowledge of script writing (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PowerShell)
• Basic understanding of SQL query writing
• Useful skills include Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Entra ID, and Oracle NetSuite, particularly SuiteScript
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration and query writing is a plus
• Familiarity with JavaScript and Freemarker is advantageous
