IT Support Technician

The Role:You'll be the go-to person for IT support across the site, ensuring infrastructure, systems and users are fully supported. This role will involve a mix of desk-based support, on-the-ground troubleshooting and project work, with occasional travel to nearby sites., * Provide day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, and network infrastructure

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, servers, and warehouse systems
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365 environment
• Assist with network support (ideally Cisco-based environments)
• Work with ERP and Warehouse Management (WHM) systems, ensuring integration and uptime
• Support site operations, including manufacturing and logistics systems
• Participate in system upgrades, rollouts, and continuous improvements
• Liaise with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders

• Previous IT support experience within a manufacturing or logistics environment (essential)
• Strong understanding of networking principles (Cisco experience preferred)
• Experience supporting ERP systems and Warehouse Management systems (WMS/WHM)
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a site-based role
• Full UK driving licence (for local site travel)
